Updates

Well the leetle babuski is taking off. She's now walking unassisted from the middle of the room. She can't get herself into a standing position without props, but once standing she can walk quite a ways now without falling. I tried getting some footage of it today and got some pretty good stuff as you'll see, but she does better then this a lot of times.

With her new found freedom of walking has come a little more need for discipline. Seems she's now finding all the fun places she shouldn't be and playing with things she shouldn't play with. Boy is this exhausting! :) Actually she's still a really good baby but she's getting more "no's" now than she did before. Her favorite things to get into are the computer, trashes, an end table with pictures on it and anything on the bookshelf that looks like something she shouldn't play with, but something she's sure she needs to play with.

She loves to yell now. For some reason she seems it's appropriate to do so especially after being told "no". She is such a funny little thing. We got a sweet picture of her the other day when I went into to wake her from a nap. This is what we found. What she's clutching in her arm is "Boo", her cuddle blankey-bear.

She's also real big into looking at her story books. She thought she'd eat a couple of them so her pile was quickly reduced. Today she decided she would like the whole basket of books at the same time and dumped it over on herself. It was pretty funny.

The last update for the day... Sadie will be joined by another leetle babuski in mid-August. She's very excited about being a big sister and I'm sure will work very hard on her bossing skills between now and then. :) We're very excited for this added blessing in our lives and I especially am looking forward to the baby being here and not being pregnant anymore. :)
